Indombeiro (known elsewhere as baobob) trees are also plentiful along the coast.
Miradouro da Lua south of Luanda. I think the name translates to something like "Golden View of the Moon." This eroded topogragraphy extends for miles along the coast.
An old tank that must have guarded access to the Barra da Kuanza bridge during Angola's civil war. It sits abandoned just past the toll booth as you approach from the North.

This ferryman transports people continuously from the Ilha (island) to the mainland. The people live in slums of corragated tin. Rumor has it that this bay will be filled in to provide room for new coastal construction.
